Refund Policy:
Please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope and
completed refund request form
to:
MCYSA, PO Box 8062, Paducah, KY 42002-8062. Requests must be postmarked before
September 15th, 2012. $5 will be withheld to cover administration costs. Due to
the
amount of work required to get the season started, refunds are processed after
the season
starts.
